Offshore Retirement Plan for Non-U.S. Taxpayers (Zurich)

After your separation or retirement from your Center, you are able to remain in the IARC Offshore Retirement Plan, Zurich International to make withdrawals, switch investment holdings and update personal details. However, the only difference is that you will not be able to make any contributions to your account.

It is very important that you keep your beneficiary information up to date by logging in to your Zurich International Online (ZIO) account. Otherwise, in the event of your death, your intended beneficiaries may not receive the financial benefit. If you have not accessed your ZIO account or want to learn about the site and functionalities, refer to the instructional ZIO demo videos. If you are having difficulties logging in to your account or need help in performing a function, please contact the Zurich Corporate HelpPoint Team by email at corporate.pensions@zurich.com or by telephone on +44 624 691013 or +971 4363 4400 (Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 GMT).

As a retired participant, you can make withdrawals from your account by initiating a recurring withdrawal or by making up to four ad hoc withdrawals per year. To learn about the withdrawal process and the required documents, including Anti-Money Laundering, please refer to the Offshore Retirement Plan Withdrawals section on the AIARC.org website.

If you want to close your retirement plan account, your withdrawal request will be processed only after your termination date from your Center and the final contribution amount (e.g., vacation pay, separation pay, etc.) has been received from your Center, which may delay the normal withdrawal time frame. Please verify with your Center when the final contribution will be made to your account.
