The Long Term Disability (LTD) and Business Travel Accident (BTA) coverage ceases on the day you terminate employment from your Center. The Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) and Life insurance coverage will end 25 days after you have terminated employment from your Center.

Please note that there is no option to continue the Long Term Disability (LTD) and Business Travel Accident (BTA) once you have terminated employment from a Center. There is also no option to continue Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) or life insurance beyond the 25-day grace period.
